Low Carb Poutine
The first 2 weeks of February mark La Poutine Week, which is a pretty big deal when you live in Quebec! Fries with cheese curds covered in gravy is kind of our thing here. 😂 Luckily, I have been testing and tweaking my low carb poutine for a few years now, so I don’t have to miss out.
