Feta Egg Bites (Keto)
These little bites pack a bunch of energy and make a great filler. Pop two for a quick breakfast or one before a workout, and they are sure to keep you going.
This recipe is easy to make and you will just love these feta egg bites. They are as yummy as they are handy.
Ingredients
1/4 cup feta, crumbled
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup tomato, diced
6 large eggs
1 Tbsp heavy (35%) cream
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dry oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients, except for the feta.
Divide the mixture between 12 greased or silicine molded muffin tins.
Top with the crumbled feta, then bake for 20-25 min, until the top is golden.
