Locally grown strawberries are amazing this time of year! This ridiculously simple salad lets them shine and tastes of those summer days. π
Ingredients
3 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
1/3 cup almond slivers, toasted
Dressing
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
