Baked Greek Salad (Keto)
Since everyone on social media seems to be going crazy over feta baked pasta, it gave the idea to turn the trend into a low carb sidedish: baked Greek salad!
Ingredients
7 oz brick feta cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dry oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Handful of fresh basil, to garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place the brick of feta cheese in the center of a baking side. Surround the cheese with the cherry tomatoes and olives.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper, then drizzle with the olive oil.
Bake for 15 min, switching to broil for the last 2-3 min.
Pull the dish out of the oven, and garnish with fresh basil.
