Savoury Cheddar Scallion Scones (Keto)

Sweet scones with a hot cup of joe are great, but I am beyond addicted to this savoury take on the UK classic.

Pour the melted butter and cream over the mixture, then add the egg, and combine.

Shape the dough into a large ball using your hands and transfer it to a parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten the ball, spreading it out into the shape of a large circle.

Using a knife, cut the circle of dough across 4 times, making 8 scones. Gently space them out on the baking sheet to avoid them sticking together in the oven.
