Fathead Naan (Keto)
Nothing pairs with Indian dishes quite like a warm straight-out-of-the-oven naan!
Made with fathead dough, this keto naan recipes makes an excellent side to any curry, or add some toppings to turn it into a flatbread! ❤
Ingredients
1 ½ cups mozzarella, grated
3/4 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1 Tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, egg, baking powder and garlic powder into a paste. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave at 60 sec, until melted and stir.
Add the almond flour paste to the melted cheese and mix well with a fork, then also by hand.
Divide into 2 balls and shape into flat naan shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 min, or until golden as desired.
Remove the naans from the oven and spread a little butter on the top to melt.
For serving, cut the naans in halves or quarters.
To reheat, you can put the naan slices in the toaster.
