Blueberry Superfood Smoothie
When life gets busy, sometimes you need a fast way to get energy and fill up on vitamins!
This smoothie is packed with superfoods and ready in just minutes, so you can be on the go.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup kale
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 avocado
1 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
You can also combine them in the tall container and use an immersion blender. I find it faster, but the texture is not always as smooth.
