Balsamic Roasted Radishes (Keto)
I am kind of obsessed with these balsamic roasted radishes! They are just soooooo tasty…
These radishes make a great side (bacon-wrapped chicken is great at this party) and they can also be tossed into a salad for extra yum!
Ingredients
3 cups radishes
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 Tbsp Swerve brown
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Wash the radishes, then chop off the greens and roots.
Cut the radishes in halves or quarters, for larger ones, then place them in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and Swerve brown, then drizzle over the radishes and toss by hand.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste, then bake 40-45 min.
Serve with the main of your choice. These pair wonderfully with bacon-wrapped chicken and steak.
