Low Carb Poutine

The first 2 weeks of February mark La Poutine Week, which is a pretty big deal when you live in Quebec! Fries with cheese curds covered in gravy is kind of our thing here. 😂 Luckily, I have been testing and tweaking my low carb poutine for a few years now, so I don’t have to miss out. Plus, there are so many fun variants of it, all of which I have genuinely preferred to classic (full carb) poutines.
