Sparkling Chili Lime Gimlet (Keto)
Some like it hot... Down to their cocktails! 🌶️
Going keto or low carb doesn't mean you can't enjoy a fun drink here and there.
Ingredients
1 cup sparkling water, optionally lime flavoured
2 oz gin
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 chili pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp stevia
Handful of ice
Garnish: Lime wedge, pinch of chili pepper

Directions
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your cocktail glass, then roll it in the pinch of chili powder.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, fresh lime juice, sliced chili pepper, stevia and ice.
NOTE: I usually use a full bird eye chili, but any hot chili will do. Of course, adjust the amount of chili you use to how spicy you want the cocktail.
Shake and pour into cocktail glass, then top it off with the sparkling water.
