Directions

In a large bowl or container, combine the chicken wings with the sliced peperoncinis, pickling juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min.

Remove from the fridge, uncover, then add ground cumin and toss.

Once well combined and transfer all ingredients to air fryer. Air fry at 400F for 25-30 min, flipping or tossing the chicken wings halfway.

NOTE: If you prefer your wings crispier and depending on your air fryer, you may wish to air fry an additional 5-10 min. This recipe also works in the oven, baked at 400F, flipping the chken wings halfway.

Optionally, to serve, garnish with sliced peperoncinis, including any juices that were released when slicing them. Enjoy!
