Maple Tahini Cookies (Keto)

These cookies are so soft and pillowy, it’s like taking a bite out of a cloud… 🤤

Their texture, combined with the flavour of maple and the nuttiness of tahini will have you reaching for these cookies again and again!

Ingredients

3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tahini
1 large egg
2 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except for the sesame seeds.

Spoon the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between each cookie.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the cookies, then bake 10-12 min.

Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and enjoy!
