Lazy Rosee Sauce Zoodles (Keto)
This “lazy” take on a rosee sauce is ridiculously easy to make. Tossed with some zoodles, it makes a quick lunch, ready in just minutes!
Ingredients
1 cup zoodles
1/4 cup canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp dry basil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
In a medium pan, warm the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the zoodles, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sautee about 2-3 min.
Mix in the tomatoes, cream cheese and basil. Sautee another 3-5 min, stirring regularly and allowing the sauce to coat the zoodles.
Serve and enjoy this “lazy” recipe.
These zoodles can also be served as a sidedish, pairing well with grilled chicken.
