Keto Tabbouleh Salad
A side dish does not get much more refreshing than this keto-fied tabbouleh salad! It’s so easy to throw together, you’ll be lovin’ it with many mains.
Ingredients
6 cups parsley, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, riced or grated
2 vine tomatoes, diced
2 scallions, sliced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
