Keto Smoky Jalapeño Cheese Chips

Snacks are a must for game nights even when they are virtual! I tweaked my cheese crisp recipe to add some heat and smoke. Zero regrets!

Ingredients

2 cups mozzarella, grated
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp Mexican chili powder
1 tsp liquid smoke

 

Yields: about 2 dozen chips
Per serving: 1 net carb per 6 chips*

Prep time: 3 min
Cook time: 12 min
Total time: 15 min

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, jalapeño, paprika, chili powder and liquid smoke.

Prepare 2 parchment-lined baking sheets, otherwise bake the chips in 2 batches.

Place small mounds of cheese blend onto parchment lined baking sheet, spacing them out at least an inch. It should fit about 12 chips per sheet.

Bake for 10-12 min, until golden.

Allow the cheese chips to cool and crisp up, at least 5 min.

Store in an airtight container and refridgerate.
