Keto Bacon-wrapped Chicken Stuffed with Asparagus
Simply fancy! This bacon-wrapped chicken stuffed with asparagus looks great and is a breeze to make.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
4 slices of bacon
Bunch of asparagus
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of kosher salt and pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Trim the hard stems off a bunch of asparagus, then toss them in the olive oil and a generous pinch of kosher salt.
Butterfly the chicken breasts, then place 4-5 stalks of asparagus in the center of each one.
Fold the chicken back over the asparagus, then keep it in place by wrapping one slice of bacon around each breast.
Repeat for each of the chicken breasts, then transfer them to a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 min or until cooked through, turning chicken over halfway.
Serve with a side of roasted low carb veggies, salad or side of choice.
