Keto Mixed Berry Chia Jam
Making your own keto jam is easy and only takes minutes!
This mixed berry chia jam has only 5 ingredients. It comes out cheaper than the store-bought stuff, and is usually significantly lower in net carbs.
Ingredients
1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener

Directions
Put the fresh or frozen berries into a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Allow them to cook down and help break them down with a wooden spoon.
Once the juice from the berries is bubbling, add the chia seeds, sweetener, zest and juice.
Stir the mixture and allow it to cook another 2 min, stirring occasionally. Remove the jam from heat and allow it to cool.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
With this low carb jam, there is no reason not to enjoy a delicious PB&J!
