Keto Marbled Raspberry Loaf
Look at how pretty this is! This marbled raspberry loaf is just perfect with your morning coffee or an afternoon tea.
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup stevia
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
4 large eggs
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, stevia, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, stevia and vanilla extract. Stir in the dry ingredients, until well combined.
Divide the dough in two, transferring one half to a separate bowl and whisking in the cocoa powder.
Transfer the two doughs into a silicone or greased loaf pan. Alternate spoonfuls of each dough to create a marbling effect, and pressing a fresh raspberry into each dollop.
Press a few raspberries into the top of the loaf, then bake for 30-35 minutes.
Allow the marled loaf to cool 15 min before removing from loaf pan. Slice once cooled completely.
Store the slices in the fridge or freeze them.
