Ingredients

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup boiling water
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp flax meal
1 Tbsp shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Optional, for garnish: cocoa nibs, chopped almonds, shredded coconut and/or keto maple syrup

Directions

In a mason jar, mix together the chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax meal, shredded coconut and monkfruit sweetener.

Stir in the boiling water and allow the mixture to rest for 5 min.

Add the almond milk, almond butter and cocoa powder, then stir until well combined.

Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

Optionally, to serve, garnish with cocoa nibs, chopped almonds and/or shredded coconut, plus a drizzle of keto maple syrup.
