Keto Blue Cheese Egg Noodles

Egg noodles are easy and quick to make. You can have them ready in no time.

This egg noodle recipe is made with blue cheese, giving them a unique and bold flavour. I love pairing them with a good beef stroganoff or other saucy dishes!

Ingredients

1/4 cup almond flour
2 large eggs
1 oz cream cheese
1 oz blue cheese
2 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a small bowl, soften cream cheese and butter by microwaving 20 sec.

Transfer to a blender, adding all the remaining ingredients. Alternatively, you can use a bowl with an immersion blender.

Pour the egg noodle mixture onto the parchment lined sheet and spread it out thin.

Bake for 8 min, then allow to cool 2 min.

Transfer the baked egg mixture to a cutting board and slice into long noodles.

Serve with your choice of main. These work particularly well with a beef stroganoff or other saucy mains. 👌
