Asian-Style Cole Slaw (Keto)
This Asian-style cole slaw is quick to toss together and an amazing twist on a classic side dish. We enjoy it with grilled meats or a low carb wrap. Or turn it into a meal salad by topping it with the chicken from our amazing Banh Mi recipe and be ready to cry with joy!
Ingredients
4 cups red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 scallions, sliced
2 thai chilis, sliced
1 Tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the red cabbage, cilantro, scallions and thai chilis.
In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, sesame oil and rice vinegar, then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the slaw and toss well.
