Daikon Noodles (Keto)
Step aside cauliflower, there is a new low carb star in town: daikon! The daikon radish is so versatile that I find myself using it more and more. Raw or cooked, pickled or roasted, this veggie does it all. It even yields a great noodle alternative. Prepare it, cook it, sauce it, and you’ll have a great meal in no time with these fun daikon noodles!

Spicy Korean Daikon Salad (Keto)
This spicy Korean daikon salad, or musaenghchae, is quick to prepare and taste absolutely delicious! The salad has great crunch from the daikon and a wonderful balance of spice, making it a wonderful side to grilled meats, Asian dishes and more.

The daikon fries are air fried with some sesame oil and Korean red chili powder, which is my personal Frank’s RedHot: I literally put that s*** on everything!
