Sugar-free Christmas Sprinkles

Last night's snowfall got me thinking of the Holidays, so I prepared a batch of Christmas coloured sugar-free sprinkles. Good to go for all my December Holiday needs!

Ingredients

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Red and green food colouring

Directions

Mix 1/4 cup of shredder coconut with a few drops of water and 3-4 drops of red food colouring. Add 1 drop at a time and mix, until desired colour obtained. Spread out on parchment or wax paper.

Repeat the above using the green food colouring.

Allow the coconut sprinkles to dry a few hours or overnight.

Once dry, store in an airtight container, such as a mason jar, until needed.
