Slow Cooker Broccoli Beef (Keto)
Chinese takeout is usually a big no-no when sticking to a keto lifestyle. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to make your favourites at home with a low carb twist!
This slow cooker broccoli beef is soooooo easy to make and packed with flavour.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs (0.7 kg) beef roast, thinly sliced
3 cups beef broth
1 large broccoli head, cut into florets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Swerve brown
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sriracha
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional, to garnish: sesame seeds, sliced scallion, sriracha

Directions
In a slow cooker, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, Swerve, sesame oil, sriracha and seasoning. Stir well until combined.
Add the sliced beef and broccoli, and give everything a good stir.
Cover and let it cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve over cauliflower or konjac rice. Optionally, garnish with some sesame seeds and sliced scallions. If you like spicy food, add a drizzle of sriracha.
