Roasted Italian Sausage and Cabbage

This roasted Italian sausage and cabbage sheet pan recipe is a must on weeknights or any other busy day. Easy and delicious, this meal is sure to please and keep you a track!

Ingredients

6 cups green cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup beef broth
8 Italian sausages, mild or spicy
2 bell peppers, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp dry basil
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425F.

In a large bowl, toss together the shredded cabbage, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, basil, chili flakes, garlic powder, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Lay the Italian sausages over the cabbage, then drizzle with the beef broth.
