Parmesan Crisps (Keto)

More cheese please! Definitely one of the things that I enjoy with the keto lifestyle is not having to give up on cheese.

These parmesan crisps are easy and quick to prepare. They are the perfect salty snack and a favourite for movie night!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups mozzarella, grated
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry basil
Pepper, to taste

Yields: 6 large crisps
(or 12 smaller ones)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet, making 6 large spaced out mounds (or 12 smaller ones for smaller bite-sized crisps).

Bake 10 min, then remove from the oven and allow to cool 10 min.

Store crisps in the fridge in an air-tight container.
