Keto Szechuan Gin Tonic
A good gin can be enjoyed on the rocks or enhanced with some extra flavour.
This cocktail works with any gin, but I highly recommend Bombay Sapphire East Gin, which already has hints of lemongrass and peppercorn.
Ingredients
2 ounces gin, preferably Bombay Sapphire East Gin
4-5 ounces sparling water
1 tsp szechuan peppercorns
2 cucumber slices
Fresh lemon

Directions
Lightly muddle the szechuan peppercorns in a cocktail glass. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Half fill the glass with ice. Add cucumber slices.
Pour the gin and top off with sparkling water.
