Keto Sticky Maple Ribs

Happy National Keto Day! Trust me, this is a recipe you’ll want to celebrate with!

These sticky maple ribs are sugar-free and will have you licking your fingers, guaranteed! A perfect balance of sweet and savoury, you won’t believe these are keto.

Ingredients

1 rack (6 oz) of pork ribs
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Maple rib sauce
1 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 Tbsp golden monkfruit sweetener
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 300F.

Drizzle the ribs with the olive oil, then rub with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside and let rest for 10 min.

In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the maple rib sauce.

Once the pork ribs have rested with the dry rub, place them on an aluminium lined baking sheet and pour the sauce over them.

Cover the pork ribs with another sheet of aluminium, folding over the edges to seal them in, and bake for 2 hours.

Pull the pork ribs out of the oven, remove the top sheet of aluminium and return to the oven at broil for 2-3 min to grill the top.

Remove from the oven and seperate the ribs using a sharp knife.

Serve with the side of your choice.
