Keto Piña Colada

Nothing says summer weather like a tall glass of piña colada!

This sugar-free version of the tropical cocktail packs all the flavour and fun, without disrupting your macros. And at just one net carb per drink, you can throw back a few. Just don’t drive after! 😉

Ingredients

1 can pineapple Bubly
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 oz white rum
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2-3 drops liquid stevia
Handful of ice
Optional, garnish: lime wedge or zest

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut milk, white rum, fresh lime juice, liquid stevia and ice.

Shake vigorously for a minute, then pour into a tall cocktail glass or mason jar.

Top off the cocktail with the pineapple Bubly and stir.

Optionally, garnish with a lime wedge or zest.
