Keto Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies
These chocolate chip pecan cookies are sooooo yummy!
Lovin’ these big time, so much so that I have to hide them from myself so I don't overdo it...
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips
3 Tbsp pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp golden monkfruit sweetener
2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Yields: 12 servings / cookies

Cook time: 12 min
Total time: 30 min

Directions
Preheat oven to 325F.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Shape into a dozen small cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet, then bake for 10-12 min.
Allow cookies to cool at least 15 min before handling, so that they firm up.
