Chili Lime Kale Chips (Keto)
Kale chips can get seriously addictive! This chili lime version is homemade with all natural ingredients, so you can indulge without any regrets. The perfect non-guilty pleasure!
Ingredients
1 bundle of kale, about 6 cups
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 300F.
In a large bowl, ripe up the kale into bitesize pieces by hand, removing stems.
Pour the avocado oil over the kale and massage it, until it becomes soft.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spread the kale out over 2 parchment lined baking sheets. Depending on the size of your kale, you may need to work in 2 batches.
Bake for 20 min. If baking a second batch, it may need an extra 5 min after resting in the oil and seasoning.
Store the kale chips in airtight container and enjoy!
