Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts (Keto)

Not a fan of brussel sprouts? Maybe these bacon roasted ones will change you mind.

One skillet, three ingredients. It doesn’t get much easier to make a tasty side.

Ingredients

4 cups brussel sprouts
2 slices bacon, diced
1 Tbsp butter
Pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Wash the brussel sprouts, then chop them into halves, or quarters for larger ones.

In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter and diced bacon over medium-high heat, and sautee 2-3 min.

Add the brussel sprouts, season to taste with pepper, and sautee another 2-3 min.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and allow to roast 25-30 min.

Serve the bacon roasted brussel sprouts with the main of your choice.
