Zesty Broccoli Ginger Salad

This easy salad is so quick to throw together, you will have a flavourful side ready in no time! Its raw and fresh ingredients pair wonderfully with grilled and spicy dishes, making it perfect for summertime.

Ingredients

1 large broccoli, cut into florets, stem peeled and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

Dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lime, juiced
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 2-3 splashes hot sauce

Directions
