Chaffle with Mascarpone Whipped Cream

There are a whole lot of chaffle recipes out there, oth sweet and savoury, and one-pagers with dozens of chaffle versions. This is a simple mascarpone chaffle recipe I cooked up, but the real ⭐star here is the decadent mascarpone whipped cream. Great just sprinkled with a little cinnamon or going all out with fresh berries and drizzled with chocolate, this is a brunch fan’s dream!
