Sheet Pan Chili Lime Cod with Asparagus (Keto)

Sheet pan recipes are easy, making them perfect any day of the week. This chili lime cod is no exception. Pop it in the oven and dinner is ready!

Ingredients

1.5 lbs (0.7 kg) cod filets
Bunch of asparagus, trimmed
1 lime, zested and sliced
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.

In a small bowl, combine the lime zest, chili powder and paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and set aside.

Toss the trimmed asparagus in avocado oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Lay out on a parchment lined sheet pan.

Pat the cod filets dry with a paper towl, then place them over the aspargus.

Sprinkle the cod with the chili lime spice mix, then top with the lime slices.

Bake for 10-12 min.

Remove from oven and serve. Optionally, squeeze fresh lime over the baked cod.
