Rustic Sesame Crackers (Keto)
Rustic sesame crackers are easy to throw together and ready in no time!
These are my go-to when I want something quick to enjoy with cheese. They also work great broken into a salad to add a little crunch, as a side to hard-boiled eggs, and so much more.
Ingredients
1 large egg
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp almond flour
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of kosher salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Transfer the mixture onto a parchment sheet, top with another sheet of parchment and roll out flat.
Carefully peel off the top parchment, then transfer the rolled out mixture with the bottom parchment to a baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 min, until crispy and golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool 10 min, then break into desired size of crackers by hand.
Enjoy with cheese, crumbled over salads or as a side.
Store leftover crackers in an airtight container.
