Quick Keto Vanilla Yogurt

I can’t be the only that spends an eternity reading labels and counting net carbs in the yogurt aisle…

My solution? This is super quick yogurt that only requires ingredients that you probably already have on hand!

Ingredients

3 Tbsp sour cream
1 Tbsp 35% cream
1 tsp stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Stir together the ingredients and enjoy.

You can top the yogurt with shredded coconut, cocoa nibs or you favourite nut and seed keto cereal.
