Mocha Chia Pudding (Keto)

Chia puddings make the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert. This mocha version is made with coffee, making it a great way to kickstart the day!

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup coffee, freshly brewed or chilled
6 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp stevia

Optional, for garnish: keto maple syrup, cocoa nibs, shredded unsweeteened coconut

Directions

In a mason jar, combine all the ingredients.
