Keto Eggnog Latte

It's still okay to drink eggnog after Christmas, right?!

Ingredients

2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup sugar-free eggnog (see Keto Eggnog recipe)
1/4 cup brewed espresso
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Yields: 1 serving
Per serving: 1 net carb*

Cook time: 10 min
Total time: 12 min

Directions

For this easy eggnog latte, pour the brewed espresso into a mug.

In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk and eggnog. Bring the mixture to a low simmer over medium heat.

Optionally, you can froth the almond milk mixture once heated through.

Pour the almond milk mixture over espresso and sprinkle with cinnamon.
