Keto Beef Bone Broth

This keto beef bone broth is packed with flavour! I pick up a few bags of beef bones from my local butcher, cook up this recipe and freeze it in portions. My dog is pretty happy to get the leftover cartilage too! 🐕

Ingredients

8 cups water
3 lbs beef bones
1 small yellow onion, roughly chopped
1 cup celery, roughly chopped
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp mixed peppercorns
1 Tbsp kosher salt

Directions

Place the beef bones in a slow cooker, then add remaining ingredients. Give the mixture a quick stir, then cook on high for 5 hours.

Allow the broth to cool slightly to avoid burns, then strain, keeping only the bone broth.

I like to portion the bone broth in seperate containers and freeze several for later use.

This keto beef bone broth is amazing and replaces regular beef broth in any recipe. It is amazing in a beef pho!
