Keto All-Dressed Deep Dish Pizza
Although I’m usually a thin-crust girl, I was craving a good deep dish pizza soooooo much, I just had to make a one.
Oh, was this keto all-dressed deep dish pizza ever satisfying!
Ingredients
Crust
1 cup mozzarella, grated
1 oz cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings
1 cup mozzarella, grated
1/2 cup thick-sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup tomato or pizza sauce
1 small green bell pepper, sliced

Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
To prepare the crust, in a small bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, onion powder and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave 1 min, until the cheese is mostly melted.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir. Mix in the dry ingredients and egg, until well combined. Work the dough into a bowl and set aside.
Prepare a 1- or 2-inch deep baking dish by greasing it with the olive oil.
Transfer the fathead dough to the baking dish and, using your fingers, spread it out thin, working it up the edges to create a deep dish crust.
Bake for 10-12 min.
Pull the baking dish out of the oven. Spread the tomato or pizza sauce over the crust, top with the pepperoni, mozzarella and slices of green bell pepper.
Return to the oven and bake another 12-15 min, then finish on broil for 2-3 min to make the top nice and golden.
