Garlic Parmesan Broccoli Fries (Keto)

Ingredients
3 large broccoli stems
2 Tbsp grated parmesan
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Wash and peel the broccoli stems, then cut them into fries. Each stem will yields about 1 cup of broccoli fries.
Spread the broccoli fries over a parchment lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the parmesan and garlic powder.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, then toss by hand until evenly coated.
Bake for 15 min. Flip the broccoli fries and bake for another 10 min.
Serve with main of your choice or enjoy as a snack.
