Fiery Bacon Martini (Keto)
A few years back, I surprised Bae with a bartending class. Confession time: it was a slightly selfish move, since it also meant getting my own personal bartender… 😂
Jokes aside, this fiery bacon martini is my own concoction. Made with bacon and hot pepper-infused vodka, it’s got quite the kick! 🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients
2 oz vodka
1 oz bacon & hot pepper-infused vodka
Dash of dry vermouth
2 green olives
Ice
Bacon & hot pepper-infused vodka (Yields: 8 oz)

Directions
The first step is preparing the bacon and hot pepper-infused vodka. The recipe will yield 8 oz, which is enough for 8 fiery bacon martini drinks.
Place washed and trimmed hot peppers into a mason jar. You can use any hot pepper, based on preferred taste and level of heat. I usually combine serrano and jalapeño peppers.
Add 2 slices of cooked crispy bacon (I usually save some from breakfast or brunch, when cooking up a batch in the oven), then top off with the vodka.
Close the mason jar and refrigerate for 1 week.
After a week, strain the vodka through a cheese-cloth lined strainer into a new mason jar, keeping only the infused vodka. Discard the bacon and hot peppers.
The bacon and hot pepper-infused vodka can be stored in a closed mason jar, either in the pantry or fridge.
Next, it’s time to mix up a spicy and smoky martini! 🍸
Drop the olives into a cocktail glass.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add a dash of dry vermouth, and both the regular and infused vodka.
Close and shake well, then strain into the cocktail glass. Enjoy (in moderation)!
