Air Fried Sesame Peanut Balls (Keto)

These nutty little balls are made from a sweetened fathead dough. Pop them into the air fryer and these are ready to snack on in no time!

Ingredients

1 cup mozzarella, grated
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener
1 oz cream cheese
1 large egg
1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, sesame seeds, peanuts, sweetener, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave 60 sec or until melted, then stir well.

Stir in the egg and peanut butter, then slowly incorporate the dry ingredients.

Mix the dough well, then roll into balls of approx. 2 Tbsp and place in the air fryer. This should yield around 16 balls of dough.

Air fry at 380F for 10 min or until golden, flipping the balls halfway through.
